Dr. Deepak "Deep" Shenoy is a management consultant who has spent 15 years serving mission-driven organizations. He helps clients develop strategies and manage the changes needed to follow through. He has worked extensively with non-profit organizations, higher education systems, international development organizations, and government agencies.
Previously, Deep was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. He worked with Fortune 500 companies and was a leader in the public sector practice. He worked with government institutions in North America, the Middle East, South America, and Asia. He helped clients with topics such as business process improvements, talent management, strategy, and change management. He also has had operating experience as the Vice President of Greenleaf Integrative, a firm that consulted with US federal agencies.
Deep has an MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA in Mathematics from Rutgers College. He has extensive academic teaching experience, lecturing at institutions such as Georgetown University and North Carolina State University. He is also a professional musician.
