Deepak Shenoy
Owner & Principal
Dr. Deepak "Deep" Shenoy is a management consultant who has spent two decades serving mission-driven organizations. He has worked extensively with non-profit organizations, higher education systems, international development organizations, and government agencies. He is an expert in strategic planning, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness, and has had operating experience as the vice president of a company. During his time at McKinsey & Company, Deep was an Associate Partner. There, he worked with Fortune 500 companies and was a leader in the public sector practice. He worked with government institutions in North America, the Middle East, South America, and Asia. He helped clients with topics such as business process improvements, talent management, strategy, and change management. Deep has an MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Mathematics from Rutgers College.
Lissett Babaian
Senior Consultant
Lissett Babaian is a senior consultant with expertise in strategy development, organizational learning, and operational efficiency. She has extensive experience working for both private investors and philanthropic organizations, as well as large development organizations and non-profits. Over the last 15 years, Lissett has designed award-winning products, managed the delivery of large-scale multisectoral projects, and conducted rigorous research to improve programming and inform multi-million dollar investments. She also has experience as an operator, having led three organizations through periods of substantial growth and transformation. Lissett has lived and worked in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East and holds an EdM in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
LeRoy Thompson
Senior Consultant
LeRoy provides thought leadership in addressing the strategic and operational needs of clients and has mastered the art of transferring that same thought leadership to them by developing their internal resources. He has expertise in a wide range of disciplines including strategy formulation, strategic planning, project management, organizational development, change management, business process improvement, and leadership development. His training and facilitation expertise runs the gamut from emotional intelligence, decision-making, interpersonal communications skills, personal style assessment, teamwork, to presentation skills. LeRoy has formerly worked at McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton. He has a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Duncan Adera
Designer
Duncan Adera is a multidisciplinary designer and an HCD researcher. He has expertise in visual design, UI/UX, and motion graphics and excels at storyboarding, data visualizations, infographics, and iconography. Over the last decade, he has honed his skills with renowned advertising agencies (Wunderman Thompson, Ogilvy), leading tech companies (Philips Africa, IBM Research), and global consulting firms (Dalberg Design). He excels at designing user-centered research instruments, such as surveys and design thinking workshops, and adeptly translates complex business concepts into compelling visualizations across various design platforms. Previous clients include USAID, Omidyar, Mercy Corps, the Mastercard Foundation, the Elton John Foundation, and the World Food Program, among others. He holds a diploma in digital design and programming from the Nairobits School of Design.
Renee Wilson
Analyst
Renee is a seasoned survey analyst, paralegal, and administrative assistant with extensive experience in mission-driven organizations. Her diverse background includes offering pro-bono support to tenants facing eviction, delivering comprehensive staffing solutions to state agencies, and providing paralegal assistance to both government entities and businesses in the US and internationally. Additionally, Renee has significant experience in recruitment and human resources. She holds a JD with a specialization in Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law, an MBA in Marketing Management from Southern Connecticut State University, and a BA in English from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Douglass College.
